The main characteristics of the diet of Mariborians come from Central European cuisine, especially Viennese cuisine, with the influence of Mediterranean cuisine and the cuisine of the Balkan countries, as well as the Slavic and Prlekija region cuisine. At the Culinary walk, we will encounter the food typical of this region. A professional explanation will accompany you through the eating habits of this area  the difference between the restaurant and café culture, as well as bourgeois and rural cuisine.
